How much does home try-on cost?
$10 per dress, plus free shipping both ways.
How many dresses can I try at once?
Most brides try 3–4 styles to compare. There’s no limit on how many separate try-on orders you can place.
My size or color isn’t in the sample stock — can I still try?
Samples ship in the sizes and colors we have on hand. If yours isn’t available, there’s a waitlist right on the try-on product page — add yourself and we’ll let you know when it’s back.
What if my bridesmaids and I are in different states?
Each person can place her own try-on order to her own address. Plenty of bridal parties shop this way — try on at home, FaceTime each other, then everyone orders independently in the same color.
When do I have to send the dresses back?
Within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a reminder on day 5. Drop the bag at any UPS location — no printing, no scheduling.
What happens if I’m late?
If you keep a dress past the grace period, you’re charged the full retail price. Email us if life gets in the way — we work with brides on extensions all the time.
Can I throw a try-on party with my bridesmaids?
Yes — that’s exactly what we built this for. Order multiple styles, gather your girls, pour something bubbly, and pick the dress in person together.
How is home try-on different from free swatches?
Swatches are 4-inch fabric squares — perfect for confirming a color matches your palette. Home try-on is the actual dress on your body — for confirming style, fit, and length. Most brides do both: swatches first to lock in color, then try-on for the dress itself.
