Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We offer exchanges and returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. To be eligible:

  • The products must be in their original condition
  • The product cannot be a custom length dress
  • The exchange/return form below must be started within 21 days of delivery
  • You have 30 days to return your products to our facility.

Bridesmaid Dress and Suit Exchanges

To ensure you have the best fitting dress or suit for your wedding, we offer an exchange program on your garment for any non-customized product. Exchanges are eligible for a full refund minus shipping and rush production costs.

Please keep in mind that most bridesmaid dresses and suits will need some type of alterations to make sure the garment is properly fitted. We recommend that you take your garment to a seamstress before exchanging.

Return Policy

Dresses and suits: We offer a 75% refund on most dresses & suits. This includes:

We charge a restocking fee to cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items. This allows us to offer more colors and sizes at a lower price while reducing waste.

Accessories: We offer 100% refund on most accessories. This includes:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue.
