Keep scrolling for their full Q&A! Details From Their Temple Wedding The newlywed’s wedding was held at the Masonic Temple and was a work of art on its own. Everything about their venue, wedding design and floral decor complemented the overall elements of their wedding. Chris surprised Kara with such a romantic proposal and caught her off guard with flower petals and lights. On their wedding day Chris and Kara had a first-look to soothe their nerves.  The bridesmaid's dresses were an elegant shade of blue and their belted design was also worn by the beautiful bride, Kara. Her belted and detailed gown accented her waist and her hair was effortlessly pulled back with waves. The floral arrangements that Kara and her two bridesmaids carried had the perfect amount of greenery and color. They matched their gowns flawlessly and are the perfect detail for Kara and Chris's special day. Q. How did you meet? A. We actually met at work. Chris was my trainer so we spent a decent amount of time together. We bonded over music mostly, but our personalities and senses of humor just clicked. We went on our first date within a month of knowing each other. Q. Tell us your proposal story. A. Chris took a random day off and I was so jealous. I wanted the day off with him! But he pushed me off and I grudgingly went to work. Well he told me to text him when I left work, which I thought was weird. I pull into our garage, get to the entry door and there's a note telling me to put my stuff back in the car and proceed into our house. The first door had a handwritten note on it that profiled the highlights of our past. The next door had a note about our present. When I got to the main living space, he had a million tea lights going, lined my walking path with flower petals, and there was a bouquet of carnations on our kitchen table. I followed the petal path to our bedroom and there was a note about our future. He then had me open the door and he was playing music, on one knee, surrounded by flowers. Q. What’s one fun fact about you and your spouse as a couple? A. We are avid chefs. We actually created our own cookbook that we've amassed recipes into.  And their reception began... Q. Was there a wedding theme or style? A. Rustic modern. I loved incorporating geometric shapes and succulents. Q. How would you describe your wedding in 3 words? A. Romantic Party and Joyous Q. What was the most memorable part of the wedding day? A. Looking around the reception room and seeing all of the most important people in our lives smiling back at us. Q. What’s one piece of advice you would want to give to brides? A. Try to make time slow down because the day is over in a blur. Enjoy every second!
